All orders must be paid in full on confirmation of details. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch over the telephone, fax or email.

Cheques or postal orders can be sent by post, made payable to Glaze to Amaze (BSE) Ltd prior to commencement to work.

UK Post & Packaging: Royal Mail Special Delivery Charge plus £3.50

Our designs can be painted either on earthenware or china. Earthenware offers more accurate painting as the surface is initially porous.

We ideally need 3 weeks notice to complete work, however we will always try to meet your deadline.

We charge on an hourly basis (£20ph) and most examples on display involve 2 hours (£40 min) on top of ceramic cost.
More complicated designs may require more time. Its helpful to provide any reference materials when necessary as researching of images adds to cost.
